      I bought a very expensive chainsaw; the seller described the item wrong, and it also needed repairs that was not described. The cost was $160 to make the chainsaw right. The seller would not fix my issue and this sale cost me a lot of extra money to make my item right. I asked the seller to call me to discuss my issue, but the seller declined.

      Admittedly we did have an inaccurate description (22 inch bar was actually 20 inch), and there was a $5 part that needed repaired. Both oversights by us. However, we offered to correct the issue by buying a new bar/chain and the repair part. Buyer refused because it wasn't the expensive bar he wanted. After this we offered a FULL REFUND to correct the mistake. Buyer refused and instead demanded to keep the saw and us issue him a ridiculous partial refund amount. This guy is a scammer.
