Josh dispatched them within good time (But... please read below, which was entirely out of Josh's control) Royal Mail sent the parcel to the wrong hub, which led to an additional two-day delay. Josh was in constant communication with Royal Mail throughout this situation and kept me informed at all times. Will purchase from him again.
