      The seller was paid the item price plus the delivery charge of £3.99. When delivery didn t happen, I called the sorting office, which said there was a shortfall in the postage. I had paid the postage as advertised. The seller said I had not paid enough for postage and should go and collect the item and pay the difference. eBay said I had paid a 70p insurance, which I didn t know about and returned my payment, but not the interest accumulated on the whole amount. A nightmare experience!
