    The packaging was very poor. A bubble envelope is not sufficient for a fragile device like this, especially not when sent with Evri. I was expecting to send it back in all honesty. It's a testament to the former quality of Hitachi HDDs that it still works fine. Dispatch was, at least, fast.

    Apologies for this. I thought a double wrapping in a bubble envelope would have been ok. I am glad it was working ok for you - if it had not been I would have given you a full refund without hesitation. I will wrap future items of this nature more robustly in the future

    Oneplus 7T

    Never really got to use it as it was slippery in my hand so sent it back and don't like using phone cases makes the handset feel more bulky. If it does not bother you buy it. It is a lovely phone.
