    Everything went so smoothly with my purchase. I had seen someone using this item at a veterinary appointment and took a photo of it. The normal places I buy from either were out of it or didn’t have the color I wanted - PLUS the price was around $50.00 higher than I got on EBay. The package was wrapped quite securely and arrived a little later than first told but was no problem. Article was definitely as described and had instructions with it.
