It's an issued $3 banknote with signatures and a handwritten date of 19 January 1856 (the 18 is printed). It is a full note with clear designs and very nice edges. A lot of times I don't agree with PMG grades, but this time I do. It's definitely in Fine condition (F12). Anyway, the package arrived in five days from AZ to NY. At $147 and graded by PMG, I got a great deal, and I highly recommend buying from this seller!!!
