Meter panel has some discoloration, possibly from brake fluid, but otherwise in good condition. Tail cowling is as represented in the listing with minor scuff marks. The only knock was not the sellers fault, USPS circled the globe coming to within 15 miles and then diverted 60 miles and several days back to a major dist-hub before finally delivering.
