It needed a little tweaking to get right, but the guitar is amazing!! Thank you for accepting my best offer that was at the ceiling my wife mandated!! Also appreciate free shipping!

A week went by and no change in shipping status (PREPARING SHIPMENT) I sent them an email message. No response in over 24 hours, so I sent them a 2nd email. Still No response. I never received a reply to either of my messages. 1 more week to get items.
