    Package was in much worse condition than described. Photos were taken at angles designed to hide damage on box. In addition the box was clearly previously opened as the seal was broken and there was remnants of some tape holding it closed. The actual insoles appear to be in unused condition. The seller took a few days before shipping out the item. I’m not likely to purchase from this seller again as I don’t trust their descriptions or photos to be totally honest.

    The item was exactly as described. I clearly stated that the box was damaged and that the insoles are brand new. The photos clearly showed the box opened with the insoles removed from the packaging. These insoles were already sold well below retail value. Unless the box was intended for collectible grading, there is no valid reason for a complaint. Additionally, the item was delivered within the promised timeframe of five business days.

    High quality, high price, and provides good support

    Provide good support, but feel like the arch support is too far back toward my heel. I probably should have ordered a 11-1/2 and trimmed the toe section. Very high quality, but a bit pricey.

    Excellent product

    Spoke to a friend who is also a mail carrier and this product was recommended. It’s been 3 weeks and the pain in my heel from plantar fasciitis (self-diagnosed) has been relieved to a “1” from a “7” (1-10 being the highest). Put 1 in my golf shoe, as well. Highly recommended!!!!!
