Penny Smith's Yoga Masterclass DVD
This is a great yoga DVD if you're like me and get fed up doing the same one again and again! Following on from Penny's last yoga dvd (which was great but hard work!) this one takes a little more time explaining the positions and poses and gives you a chance to understand WHY you're actually doing the pose! Some positions are still a bit challenging but you'll love it, I'm sure!

Penny Smith's Yoga Masterclass (DVD 2002)
As a person that enjoys yoga I was looking for a DVD and I can use at home when I want a change from my usual practice. It is really good wether you are a beginner or someone more experienced. It is great to see a yoga tape led by bloke. The only down side is the 'partner yoga' which is a bit cheesy.

It is quite okay for the absolute beginner who is studying yoga. Bu for somebody who already knows a little about yoga and so would like to just do the exercises it is too slow and there are too much and too detail explanations.

Relatively easy, beginners yoga that is easy to follow
Very good if you are a beginner to yoga. Very easy to follow, and the instructions are clear. I would advise investing in a proper yoga mat too as you will need it for some of the floor work.
