The Hardware Centre does not accept responsibility for late delivery, lost or damaged goods. In the event of lost items; Royal Mail will only consider goods to be lost after 15 days from date of postage. They may well contact customers to prevent fraudulent claims.
Refunds for lost goods can only be authorised once the claim has been processed through Royal Mail, however, we will provide a replacement for lost items via 'Recorded Delivery' once the 15 days have past.     A very good product a good buy.

    Just started to use this tray as I had it put to one side. One of the first things I noticed was the weight, solid, as usually now days everything seems to thin & flimsy. The weight of this item kind of indicated to me that this was a solid build so am well pleased. The tray isn't your conventional tray have a shallow end lip so is an idea baking tray. For the price I think this is good value but of course only time will tell. But still a solid strong item highly recommended 10/10. Airash

    Very poor non stick coating flakes off

    This baking tray is very heavy so I was pleased when it arrived and assumed that meant heavy duty or better quality. The problem with this is the non stick coating which is very thin and not very durable. The first time I used it (to heat oven chips) I lost a patch of non stick coating about 1cm square. How? I have had them a couple of months and they are not very nonstick and a lot more nonstick coating (which I believe is carcinogenic) has come off so I have thrown them away.

    I love masterclass baking products

    Brilliant baking sheet. I have many items from the masterclass baking range and they’re all brilliant. This baking sheet is exactly as I’d expect from masterclass. Great quality and fabulous non stick! Did some wedges the other night and they were sliding around on the tray, not stuck at all and cooked perfectly. I never put my non stick items in the dishwasher and find a sample wipe with a little soapy water is all that’s needed to keep them in top condition.

    Kitchen craft master class prefect to cook on
