The item on the buyer's photo is not our product. The colour of the item on the buyer's photo is orange/yellow, while the colour of the item the buyer bought from us was medium brown.

The hair goes very dry after being washed, constantly tangled, I have to brush it every 10 minutes! The seller told me to send it back and then they will look at it and give me reduced price for the next lot. I don't want to buy anymore. It feels like it is synthetic too. I've had hair extensions for years and these are the worst.
