I have been wearing it in the evenings and at night and symptoms have really improved after a couple of weeks. I will continue to wear for a few more weeks. Would definitely recommend a try. It’s a comfortable splint which you can adjust with the Velcro straps. I did buy two so I can alternate one in the wash, which has hand washed up well.
