Que dire ? Vendeur super sympa, sérieux et constant dans ce qu'il fait, les tubes sont neufs en excellent état (le seul regret et que je n'ai pas eu les boites d'origines avec les lampes ! ). Quoi qu'il arrive elles étaient super bien emballées et protégées, j'ai testé les filaments de toutes les lampes et tout est ok. Pour la procédure de mise en service je le ferai un peu plus tard ! La communication avec Alain est au top. Ce vendeur c'est que du bonheur. Allez y les te fermés. Merci Alain !

The price was good and the cost of shipment was cheap, moreover the delivery has been quick.
But I can't say it's all a "five stars", the main issue is related to packing, it's not enough to use a common envelope with just one layer of subtle bubble.
Moreover, in my opinion the five tubes weren't all new as stated but the price was good even if the tubes were just four.
To sum up, there is no way to say "4,5 stars"... I will give this evaluation if in future at least the packing will be better.
