  • Performed well.

I used this to cut out the shape for metal back boxes and chase's in the wall. It goes through plaster easily and did go through brick with some perseverance but I would have just ended up ruining the blade as I have engineering brick in my house which is very tough so finished off with an SDS drill. This blade works well. Would be brilliant for grout removal or removing things like mortar. For very tough brick or concrete would be better off using a diamond edged and angle grinder blade. This little blade did exactly what I needed it to do and I have to say i was very pleased with it.

  • As good as the DeWalt blades

The blade was used to remove tile adhesive from behind the the edge of the tiles, to enable tile trim to be fitted. It took only minutes to remove [4.5mtr's length] the adhesive. The carbide end still has plenty of life left in it, so yes I would recommend it,
