This is as described and delivery was quite fast but it's only suitable for small jobs. I used it to remove quite soft grout (not cement) from garden patio slabs and didn't notice how fast it wore down. Quite quickly, the 6mm section wore away and I was left with a blade just 95mm in diameter compared to the 115mm new blade. So, beware low cost merchandise!

The delay in arriving was annoying as it delayed the job I had planned.
