Poorly install bush one side already perishing and sprayed black. One of the M5/M6 fixing holes for the heat shield had a sheared bolt and not extracted, unnoticed until fitted. Backlash has not been setup. I feel this rack has not been fully refurbished and just painted. I have pictures to show.

Customer was asked to return for inspection but declined. Also did not respond to multiple requests to contact us to resolve the situation. Customer also failed to return the exchange unit to claim his £50 Cash Back.
