Been taking red yeast rice for many years now and it seems to help with my cholesterol sense I'm not on prescriptions for that yet I'm just going to keep taking it I like the capsules, because their easier to swallow but I think these might just be a bit better quality with the Phytosterols in it

I’ve been using these Red Yeast Rice tablets for 5 years. I take 2 everyday for my cholesterol. I had trouble with severe muscle pain when I was taking a statin medication . So I had read that Red Yeast Rice was good for cholesterol, so I gave it a try 5 years ago. When I had my blood work done my doctor said it was great. I told him that I was taking Weider Red Yeast Rice , 1 twice a day. I’m so glad that it has worked for my cholesterol!!I’ve been using these Red Yeast Rice tablets for 5 years. this supplement works for me and keeps my total cholesterol & LDL down in labs. You have to take it regularly & full dose over a few mos. b4 seeing the effects. I take 2 tabs 2x day @ meals. No side effects noticed and have been using red yeast rice for well over a decade.

Been taking red yeast rice for several years with significant results in reducing my cholesterol levels. Down 55 points! Weider has the plant sterols which is a must for effectiveness. Thus far, I have had no side effects. Would highly recommend.

Seems like a good product BUT
The jury's still out on if I'm going to reorder this. It seems like a good product, but I been used to taking the capsules and this is not as easy to swallow for me. I have a lot more left so maybe by the time I finish the bottle I might think different about it
