If your feeling tired and lethargic, maybe give this a try.
I was and being over 65, thought it could be a lack of vitamin B12 which older bodies don’t always metabolise well. I tried this product and felt better within a 3 days. If I hadn’t would have definitely gone to my GP. But thought this was worth trying first and it worked for me. Easy to take dissolves under the tongue with a pleasant cherry flavour.

Did not realise that you take it by desolving it under the tongue. I prefer the tablets that you swallow. No doubt the nutritional value is just the same.
