Some times I will need to re ice on a regular basis & so having two means that I can keep one in the freezer ready to put into the ice pack belt I already own. I have used the ice packs & they have helped with lower disc back pain helping g to reduce pain along with medication. Haven’t tried a warm pack yet as pain has been angrily burning pain that needs a cold pack.Thanks.
