    Pricey, but effective.

    I am not up for harming hedgehogs, but at the same time, I am keen to grow veg of my own. It is hard to strike a balance, yet this product allows for that. It is very clearly repelling the slugs and washes into the soil when it rains, feeding the plants - so it is a double whammy in that regard. The applicator means that you don't need much to cover a decent area, I tend to place it around the base of each plant, creating a protective ring, and that is working well. Yes, it might be a bit annoying that it washes away, but then, this summer has been wetter, last year it would have lasted far longer - when you reapply it, it gives you an opportunity to see how well it is doing, so there are upsides! I like it, I recommend it, I just hope it doesn't get much more expensive as the lure of ...

    Very Pleased with the Results

    During the lockdown I have been unable to leave my home. I, therefore have been unable to purchase garden items other than by using the Internet. I recently planted out my Runner Bean plants only to find that they had been attacked by slugs and snails and I did not have any slug pellets to treat the area. I found this product on the internet and thought that it would achieve exactly what I wanted....I have not been disappointed. After an initial treatment I now have a slug/snail free area for my beans. I intend to broaden the treatment area for other vegetables.
