I look and feel like I've increased lean muscle mass, despite running a slight calorie deficit. This feeling was confirmed by weight on the bar and measured increase in muscle size. I'd say the Ajuga gives a subdued effect to muscle growth, like creatine. You won't necessarily notice it every day, but the gains add up after several weeks. Still have to put in the work of course!
