Disappointing transaction. Issues with shipping, which was ultimately out of the seller's hands. Unfortunately the backpack I received wasn't the one shown in the listing. Seller was dismissive about it, stating "this is the first time a customer has complained." Never offered a resolution other than saying they'd update item images for their future listings. Oh well.
