    Works great and virtually identical to my original Sony remote, but apparently not made by Sony

    I thought I was getting a Sony remote identical to my original Sony blu-ray player remote. I should have looked more closely at the listing to see that the brand is "For Sony" rather than "Sony." The remote I received does not appear to be a Sony product (no Sony logo). Having said that, the new remote is nearly identical to the original Sony remote that I was replacing, so much so that the only way to easily tell them apart is the presence or absence of the Sony logo. And the new remote is working great so far. I have used it for a week or so, and haven't had any problems with it.

    Works Great for Yard Sale Find

    I bought this to use with a player found at a yard sale. Worked great right out of the box, no programming needed. The battery cover is a little easy to lose, but that goes for pretty much every remote I've ever used, so I can't single this one out. Would definitely buy again.

    Works Perfect

    Bought a used Sony blu-ray player, wireless and over 200 apps. for $5.00 at a re-sale store. NO remote. Thought I'd never find one or even one that would work. But YES , thanks E-bay for have to correct remote that was needed for the item. This is the exact remote that would have came with the blu-ray player i bought. Works perfect! Highly recommend this product.

    Good product, works just like it is supposed to

    I bought probably five or six of these over the past couple of years because my dog likes to chew remotes. Every one has worked perfectly out of the box (once I put batteries in).
