The item was a rose gold lab diamond rimg. Package arrived on time and fully intact. Beautiful presentation box inside but when I opened the box , the ring was not in it. I was hugely disappointed . However after several messages and seller requests for photos, I finally got a full refund. ( I had requested a replacement but wasn't acknowled,) Such a shame as the ring looked stunning in the photos.

After having great difficulty with an order of a ring which l kept waiting for l was told there was a problem with the courier and being extremely disappointed l asked for a full refund.the sellerwas very apologetic and a refund was given. The ring never did turn up however the seller said as a good will gesture they would send a replacement ring free of charge if l could revise my negative feedback, the ring arrived and WOW IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND SPARKLES LIKE DIAMONDS 🔹 Thankyou.
