    Good but little light

    Wanted to replace the map lights bulbs. First, these LED bulbs are wider at the “glass” end so they will not pass through the bracket as they are supposed to be installed. I had tho split open the bracket to install. The light is white but faint. They might work on dashboard. Good value and quality.

    Not for Flashights

    These are good bulbs for the money, but they DO NOT fit into flashlight sockets--which is probably why they are marketed as "Car Map Lamp" bulbs. I took a shot that they would also work in flashlights. They didn't work out for me.
