      Rough use shortens its life.

      It is a well made good quality product, however, use by people can shorten its life span, as we have found. The thing is if the button is push all the way in, it eventually reduces is life use to around 8 months. It only need a quick short jab with the thumb, which only pushes it in about half an inch. Hope this helps.
