These work exactly as expected, saving the planet from extra daily human-footprint scars. I use them with my favorite coffee, and save a lot of extra expense as well. They come with NO instructions for use, so the previous reviews were helpful in figuring out what direction to place the opening and how to remove the spent coffee pods and coffee from my machine. It's not hard, just not all that intuitive, at least not for me. Obviously the pod opening must go toward the front of the pod-holder so the hot water-dispensing needle inserts into the hole. For easy removal of the used-coffee pod from pod-holder, turn the loaded holder over and press lightly on the bottom of the pod, and it pops right out for cleaning out the used coffee and replacing it with fresh for the next brew.

These capsules are of very poor quality. In order to produce drinkable coffe the disk at the bottom has to be firmly seated, the coffee well pressed and the lid well closed. Also, you need to be extra careful when securing it in the dolce gusto, as the needle needs to be aligned with the hole on top, otherwise it pierces the lid. Then after the coffee is ready, it is really a mess to clean this up. I would expect this to be easily removed from the capsule holder, but it fits very tightly (on my Piccolo, after it gets pressed by the lever on top) and it is not easy to remove from the holder. As a result, I have use an object (like the top edge of a teaspoon) to push it upwards from the hole at the bottom of the capsule holder. And then comes the cleaning. What one would expect would be to open the lid, dump the remaining coffee into the wastebin and clean the capsule. But if you do that, the little disk at the bottom gets rejected with the waste. The solution would be to fish the disk out of the capsule, only at this stage the coffee is very hot and damp, so this isn't doable. So the few times I used it I had to wash the entire capsule with tap water, with all the coffee spilling in the sink anc making everything messy. If only they had used better quality plastic and had measured right the dimensions of the capsule holder, it might make a half decent job.Read full review

The product does not load the function you need. First, it needs to be in place and the coffee capsule is very difficult to get out. Besides, he filled the coffee does not come out of it like an original capsule, the capsule as this is what I bought the inside does not look like Dolce Gusto capsules. It can not be placed under pressure, since not an inside plastic film and therefore no steam passes through it, but the hot water which flows easily and does not prepare a coffee as that should. It is absolutely useless to you prepared. I do not recommend anyone to purchase.

it is easy to use, but the fit in the machine is so tight you need to use a knife to take it out. also one full capsule is only enough for a half smal cup of coffe, else it will be to soft.

I was kinda sceptical when i read a review that the captule melted inside the machine but i have used mine around 12 times and i didnt have a problem whatsoever. Easy to place in the machine , easy to empty and fill , overall a good purchase and value for money for sure!
