Ricevimento merce

Alla ricezione del pacco é requisito fondamentale che ogni spedizione venga accettata o rifiutata, ove si evince un danno visibile con riserva da parte del destinatario. Senza riserva non sarà possibile aprire alcuna procedura di sinistro.

Eventuali ritardi nella comunicazione possono compromettere la fattibilità dell’apertura del sinistro da parte del vettore. Pertanto per ogni apertura di sinistro sono necessarie le seguenti informazioni:

a) descrizione del danno

b) foto descrittive del danno

c) indicare se la merce é stata consegnata posizionata sopra la paletta o meno

L'apposizione della riserva al ricevimento della merce, che è diritto del destinatario ex art 1698 C.C., non può essere redatta in qualunque forma, ma deve avere contenuto determinato e specifico.
