Seems to work well with the aphids hope it works as well with whitefly. Soap is very thick so pour it "slowly" onto a teaspoon to measure and dilute with hot water to get into solution. Then when all dissolved make up to the volume required. I use a battery powered v fine sprayer as I think it needs very fine droplets to cover the insect.
