NOTHING!!! The seller has not responded to any messages. I ordered, messaged, and shipped per the instructions for the repair. Now I am out the money, shipping and worst a XBOX. This guy had 100% but not anymore I have no idea what is going on. No response from him or ebay. Wanted to post this so no one else has to deal with this.

Firstly I feel bad this happened and sorry about your frustrating experience, however It clearly says (Step 1. Message us here with make and model, before ordering service) I could not reply due frustrating to technical difficulty with messenger as I could not log into my UK account, yet you shipped it with out any reply from us. There was no ill intent to or scam involved, you have a full refund and you have also reversed your UPS package, I hope you get it back and have it fixed else where.
