Basin was sent with the wrong template. Having used the supplied template to cut worktop and frontal all the cut outs were wrong. I had to buy more worktop and frontal leaving me over £200 out of pocket. I contacted the seller who has repeatedly dodged any admission of fault despite pictorial evidence. It would appear to be my responsibility to check for their incompetence!. Very poor response to a problem caused by their mistake. Avoid at all cost...

this item was bought at the end of March a couple of days after purchase I was informed it was out of stock until May and offered either a refund or wait for more stock I decided to wait. I cannot speak more highly of this company. true to their word they messaged me to say it was back in stock and when it was being delivered. It came on time exceptionally well packaged.
