FYI - on a VStrom 1050XT the best place to site the reservoir (using the separately bought ‘handlebar’ bracket) seemed to be NOT on the handlebars but on the ‘ lower accessory’ (crash) bars on the left. It looks neat, easy routing of the tubing (and completely avoiding potential contact with the radiator) and is easy enough to use just before pulling off.
