    I ordered a pair of boots 2 weeks ago, but they did not arrive on the day they where supposed to although royal mail said they had Been delivered couldn't get through to royal mail so messaged tackorium customer services who messaged straight back they where very apologetic and and kept me informed of what was happening they quickly sorted the issue and sent a replacement the boots arrived and are great really comfy good quality look great and good value for money. I contacted the seller and had an answer really quickly, there were no issues and my money was refunded. This was great as I worried that there would be an issue and arguments, but my worry was unfounded.     Ordered PINK haynet they sent blue. Worst of it was the false courier information that said it had been dispatched and delivered. They admitted courier information was wrong and sent the item in the wrong colour. I asked for a partial refund they offered 33 per cent which I have still not received. Item was OK if a little thin OK for the price. I have order6 another GUESS WHAT SAME COURIER RUBBISH ITS NOT TURNED UP BUT MARKED AS DILIVERED. BEWARE SOME PEOPLE DO NOT LEARN BY THEIR MISTAKES.
