16) A BATTERY WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED UNDER WARRANTY IF IT IS FLAT.
17) IF THE CUSTOMER SUSPECTS THE ITEM IS FAULTY THEY MUST FIRST CONTACT US.
18) WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER OF THE RETURNS PROCEDURE TO ALLOW US TO TEST THE ITEM FOR THE SUSPECTED FAULT.
19) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO BE TESTED AS PART OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
20) IN THE EVEN THAT THE ITEM IS FAULTY WE WILL REFUND THE RETURN COST PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT BATTERY.

BEWARE! The image and the description stated that these batteries came in the original blister pack. However they were sent separately in small plastic bags showing no evidence of the claimed expiry date. Testing showed they were not fully charged. I received no replies to messages. Having read through previous feedback I have discoverd that other people have had the same problem. Whilst I have received a full refund I would not recommend this seller as they are selling dishonestly. BEWARE!

    Awesome oil filled radiator

    I love this radiator it's very portable smart looking simple to use and gives out a great heat perfect for every room in the house of medium size the thermostat is a very good feature I certainly recommend this to anyone and I love the colour

    great features

    I had been looking for an heater for my kitchen, most seem to have been 2kw or 3kw, which was more than I needed, then I saw this with it only being 1.5kw with the flexibility to be 900w or 600w and with both a thermostat and 24h control, it fitted my needs perfectly, also thinking it was white in colour, it was nice to find it was grey in colour.

    Really good for small homes

    I used to have a smaller one of these, by a different brand which quite frankly doesn't do the job unless you are in a box room, so bought one of these and I was really impressed with how quickly it heated the room. I wouldn't say it was overly hot but it made the room to at least a comfortable temperature.

    I love it

    What I like most about his is: 1a) it is a colour 1b) it is red. Why do we not have a whole rainbow of colours for this type of heater? 2) it gives out a hefty amount of heat. I have only ever needed to use it at the lowest setting to heat my bathroom. 3) It has character. The design of this heater actually adds to the interest of the room. It doesn't try to be a hidden addition. Warning! - It creaks and clicks while it is heating up, so be aware of this if you are a light sleeper and it is close to your bed. Update - now I've used it daily for 2½ months, it seems to have completely stopped clicking and ticking.

    Ultramax oil fill radiator

    Very good, gives adjustable heat and pretty quick, for a small rad it is surprisingly good. Great features also, and easy to manoeuvre by carrying or wheeling.
