Unlike other cheaper options, this 3.5m handrail came in a single length and was solid oak, not a composite or veneer. Wall brackets are heavy duty and not lightweight castings. Item was very well packaged for delivery in the company's own van. The downside is that delivery was not within 48hrs of ordering as stated on eBay (payment taken 23/4/24 and rail delivered 3/5/24) and communication of when it would actually be delivered was poor. Other than delivery, highly recommended.

Really good quality but the website does not make it very clear that if you select oak it is not the full kit you are buying. It necessitated a phone call to purchase the fittings meaning a delay of over 10days to be able to fit the rail. A clearer explanation would help others
