Great Products for All Hair
I've been using black caviar for a few months now and I can definitely tell the difference. It keeps my bleached hair healthy and thick and maintains the colour. It also adds life to my extensions and keeps them healthier for longer. Would definitely recommend it for anyone who has: 1) Extensions; 2) Coloured Hair; 3) Dry hair. It also lasts longer than normal high street brands.

Disappointed
I have long red hair with blond highlights. Was hoping this would revive my dry hair. I found my hair feeling like straw and washing my hair is a chore as it gets very knotted. The shampoo lathers up quite well so hair feels clean but coarse. Tried leaving the conditioner in longer after each wash but found it didn’t improve the dryness at all. Ended up supplementing with another conditioner so I could get a comb through my hair. Shampoo and conditioner has a very mild pleasant smell. I used another brand with black caviar which left my hair soft and silky and the smell was heavenly that lasted a few days but unfortunately I can’t seem to find it again. Didn't work for my hair.
This could very well be an excellent product as hair products are just right for some hair and not other hair. This product was meant to repair my hair but left it feeling like a dry, straw, frizzy mess. I use the Black Caviar 12-in-1 and it is fantastic so thought this would help my hair too. This has happened with other Brand's repair products so it could just be my hair which is over-coloured, over-straightened greying coarse hair. I have lots of thick hair so bottles with pumps don't dispense enough for my needs. Gorgeous silky soft hair!
I have reservations about spending this much on shampoo and conditioner, although this is very reasonably priced compared to other caviar shampoos. My hair feels much softer and silky. Would definitely recommend. It smells gorgeous too.

Fantastic shampoo!.
My hairdresser uses this item plus conditioner etc in her salon. It's absolutely gorgeous, your hair is silky smooth, a beautiful shine & no tangles. I know use it at home & my hair is beautiful each time I wash my hair. I'd never revert back to another shampoo, conditioner or hair styling product.
