    Love these leggings. I am a 66 year old and am 5ft 6 ins tall. I am a size 16 and initially went for the 16/18 size that do fit well but found the size 20 were more comfortable. Hope this helps. They are thicker than your everyday leggings and great for Winter months without being too heavy.
