came on pallet with a very happy driver when i expected it. Assembly instructions are a bit light, but with a bit of time straight forward to put together. Oil levels need a funnel to fill. Started no problems. Dont overfill as it will clog, but once you get the hang of it, it munches up the small brash and devours stuff to 3". Once you get used to how much it'll take at a time it gets through everything well. I put on pallet to raise and get a really clean discharge.

Ordering and delivery was fine except I did state a smaller lorry would be needed but it arrived on a big lorry so could not access my property so had to get a van to pick it up from the end of my lane. On assembly I found the outlet shoot cover didn't fit and needed slight modification and flaking /bubbling paint as the paint preparation is not very good so expect rust soon.

    Powerful machine.

    Bought the 15up which has plenty of power,also better than expected on fuel.Only disappointing thing I can see is the access for cleaning out debris is a bit fiddly.

    Poor design and poor customer service. Not recommended

    The sales of this product is somewhat misleading, as the photos show a large and wide chute for feeding waste, but don’t show a welded steel plate reducing the main feed to just 150x100mm, which for the side of the machine is tiny! When using the machine the flailing blades inside are only capable of dealing with leaves or twigs, and anything wider than 10mm causes a jam, which means you have to turn the machine off, open the exit chute and clear the debris. This machine falls way below the expectation for a machine of this size and cost, and when I complained to the company selling the product they simply referred me to the user manual and stated this was ‘normal usage’. Absolute garbage, and I would avoid both this machine and the company who sell it.

    Great buy

    Great product, super fast delivery, only a few parts to attach, which could cause problems for the less able. It came with a comprehensive user/ sssembly guide and all the necessary tools to assemble it. After filling with oil and petrol it fired up after a few pulls of the starter. The engine and cutters are super powerful, and coped with branches well, and the chip size was good.

    What a machine!!!!

    Ok, like all machines you have to learn how it works best. Take your time feeding the material in and only put small pieces in the hopper. 90% goes in the side feed. Have a cordless hand saw available to cut off sticky out pieces. Unblock the chute every 5 minutes. Great machine that does what it says on the can. The rubber flaps on the entrance port died on day one. 5 star

    Good value problems shreading thin branches completely into small pieces.

    Side chute grinds up large branches but the top chute describes max thickness 10mm only and when used doesn't shread the branches only strips them and the discharge tunnel gets blocked as it has a holed grill. Good value for money and would recommend going for 15hp engine.
