      Portable, perfect for massage on the go

      This ball is firm and just the right amount of texture to massage my foot after foot surgery. I have larger foot rollers, however this is perfect to keep in my purse and use throughout the day when I need it

      Small and sturdy

      I bought this to help with pain from plantar's fascitis. I think it is helping. I sit on a chair with my feet at ground level (hard surface) and position it under the heel and rub it back and forth. I then turn my foot to the side and use my other heel to massage from a different direction.
