Very happy with these (paid £39 for 10 black). No broken ones. As a previous commentator suggested most did have a few label remnants on them (what do you expect?), but nothing 30 seconds with a power washer (or probably 2 minutes with sandpaper or a scrub) didn't sort. Plenty of life in them. About half the crates had 'property of Asda' etched in the plastic so I'm going to assume that they are all legitimately sourced and these were just no longer required. Recommended & happily buy again.
