    Item never shipped after 3 weeks, tried to contact and took a week to get a reply, when I got a reply I wrote back within minutes and 24 hours later I've not had anything back. Very frustrating to deal with when they can't deal with customers in regards to their orders and give a proper estimate on shipping time. Being in a busy period is not a good enough excuse for ignoring customers who have paid for your service. Almost a month wasted and no further on. Cheers 👏
