birch xylitol
Birch xylitol is the best of the xylitol sweeteners. Xylitol is used just like normal sugar. For cake baking, or anything as a healthy alternative to sugar. It has fewer calories, recommended for diabetics and is actually good for the teeth! I"m always surprised that more people don't know about this product.

Excellent healthy option to sugar
Looks and tastes like sugar without the health risks. Gram for gram weighs the same so recipes do not have to be altered as with other sugar substitutes. Expensive but excellent for diabetics and home cooking

Xylitol best substitute for common sugar
I´m diabetic and have used birch sugar (Xylitol) as a sweetener for many years. It tastes very nice and doesn´t make the blood sugar rise as much as common sugar. It´s a blessing for diabetics.

Useful for low calorier’s
It’s the closest taste to sugar, and I’ve tried lots of different ones. It is quite expensive, especially when used for baking, but , the benefit is better.
