- i codici dei prodotti che si intende restituire;

- copia del documento di vendita (fattura o ricevuta fiscale) controfirmata;

- indicazioni sulle modalità di rimborso della spesa sostenuta ed eventuali coordinate.

I prodotti oggetto di ripensamento dovranno essere restituiti a cura del consumatore, in condizioni di integrità, al medesimo indirizzo di destinazione della raccomandata.

Una volta ricevuta la merce e verificatane l'integrità si provvederà all'accredito delle somme dovute entro 10 giorni lavorativi, trattenendo, ove necessario, l'importo delle spese di spedizione.
