Frustration
The head is made of a poor quality plastic which when in use moves out of position meaning your constantly adjusting either the position of the head or your grip. The mop sponge itself does the job but you’ll need your own pole to fit the head. Maybe buy the best you can and is available it’ll save you a lot of frustration.
