The bath arroved without proper packing and protection, and with surface scratches and scuffs. We rejected the delivery and complained to the seller. The seller insisted that the bath would have had a plastic protective film, but this was definitely not present. We suspect the bath may have been returned in this condition by another customer. In fairness to the seller, they did refund our money promptly.

So due to the advert not being updated I received a very similar different bath to the one I expected. Unfortunately it was not quite right for my requirements or I would have kept it. The seller offered me a discount to keep it, and when I declined there was no problem with the item being collected, and refunded. So they deserve positive feedback for the way they dealt with the whole situation. Just a shame it was the wrong item, hopefully the description has been updated now!
