They would not offer to replace lost shipment with another sent by UPS. When I showed them that eBay had put my request on hold awaiting further information, they would not contact eBay to inform them the order was lost, expediting resolution and a refund. I wouldn't buy from them again if they were the only seller selling something I wanted on eBay. I'm sure Amazon would have what I needed!
