Dispatch was a bit late however it arrived a few days late than anticipated, and a few days earlier than the expected date given from the couriers. Packaging was nonexistent, shipping labels just taped to the product box. Despite all this the product arrived safe and sound. Says new but evidence of use was apparent on the blades however this is possibly done from quality control. Can't tell because of the stickers or tape if it was a sealed box or not. Regardless I'm happy with the product.
