If I had to pick something that was disappointing it would be the delivery, you have switched companies, I buy these all the time and I'm sure it was DPD who brought them, they were always on time and the driver was lovely, now it's royal mail, on two separate occasions I've waited in for delivery only for it not to turn up and be rescheduled for the next day, very frustrating. I know this isn't your fault that's why I've still given full stars.
