Before leaving negative feedback please contact me via ebay so that any problem may be satisfactorily resolved without the need for negative feedback.
None of the items i sell are intended for children's use.
I always try to post items within one working day of received payment.Often though, postage will be same day as received payment.
Items must be returned within thirty days of receipt for a refund.
Items are returned at buyers expense.
Upon receipt a refund less p&p will be issued.
Items received damaged must be returned within thirty days for a refund.
The Seller is not liable for any goods that have been damaged due to misuse or are returned without their original packing.
All items must be returned unused/unworn in their original packaging.
Please let me know via ebay messages if you are returning an item . Please also supply the reason along with your ebay identity with the returned item.
We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.
We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit back to us.
Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.

We are obliged to provide this data to within 1 calendar month of the request and free of charge. However we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
